There is no rotor, but we tested it without on a low speed. It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition with minor marks from use.

It is in good cosmetic condition but does not power on, therefore we are unable to test it further, and it is listed as Spares/Repair. The control board is faulty, and is loose inside the chamber.
