The Tecna Mini Photometer 6+ is a compact device with an LCD display and simple two-button control, designed for ELISA testing in agriculture, water, and protein analysis. It features two filters at 400nm and 750nm, and includes two portacuvettes for both round and square buckets. With a patented rotating optical drive (US Patent No 5,221,961), this photometer enables vertical and horizontal adjustments to accommodate various experimental needs. It offers three measuring modes: absorbance, concentration, and a threshold method for determining positive and negative values. The Mini Photometer 6+ is portable and operable in the field when connected to a 12V battery, making it ideal for research professionals on the go. The device operates with reagent volumes of 0.3 ml in wells and 0.5 ml in cuvettes, and is powered by an input of AC: 100 ~ 240V at 50/60Hz, outputting DC: 12V/700mA. Its user-friendly interface requires minimal training, perfect for beginners, and the manual is included for ease of use.
