The Sysmex UF-100 is a cutting-edge, fully automated urine cell analyzer that employs a flow cytometry method integrated with fluorescent dye and electric resistance to detect casts. It boasts a higher level of automation compared to the UA-1000/2000 models, handling the entire process from sample mixing and aspiration to the output of analyzed parameters automatically. The device performs quantitative analyses of RBC, WBC, epithelial cells, casts, and bacteria count, expressed in µL or view field. It also flags parameters such as Path, CAST, SRC, YLC, X’TAL, and SPERM, providing detailed flagging information. Results are displayed on-screen and can be printed via a card-type printer or color printer, with data transmission capabilities to a host computer. The unit measures 600 x 705 x 606 mm and weighs 68 kg.
