The Mettler-Toledo MyBrix portable refractometer is an essential tool for rapid and automatic sugar determination across a wide array of food and beverage samples. Its versatile use extends from laboratories for quality control to agricultural fields, vineyards, orchards, or production lines. The device features a comprehensive Brix range from 0.0 to 95.0°Brix.
Fields of Use: MyBrix assists in identifying the optimal harvest time for fruits and vegetables, executing incoming goods checks, and performing quality control in juice, wine, soft drinks, and food manufacturing.
Performance: Delivering instant refractive index and sugar content readings, MyBrix processes results rapidly, within 2 seconds, with automatic temperature compensation. It offers readings in up to 3 of 10 available sugar content scales, including Brix, Oechsle, and Baumé.
Design: The MyBrix is compact, lightweight, and ergonomically designed for comfort in hand, plus it's resilient to rain and humidity, ensured by an IP65-rated weather-resistant construction. The sturdy design with a rubber-covered keyboard makes it ideal for field use and near production environments.
