Comprehensive FACSCanto II flow cytometry system with fluidics cart, PC, and software.
The BD FACSCanto II Flow Cytometer System is an advanced laboratory instrument designed for detailed cellular analysis. This system, previously used in a university laboratory, includes a BD FACSCanto II Flow Cytometer, a Fluidics Cart, and a complete computer setup with pre-installed software and manuals. The system is built to handle complex flow cytometry tasks with its two lasers and six-color capability. However, the flow cytometer unit could not be powered on due to the presence of a Class 3 laser. The fluidics cart is in good working order and is fully equipped with necessary bottles including waste and cleaning solutions. The PC is an HP Z240 that powers on, ready with software, connecting cables, and NEC 24" monitor. Additionally, it includes comprehensive guides and manuals to enhance user experience and support training needs. A toolbox is also provided, containing spare parts and plastic fittings.
