The system withstands pressures up to 600 bar, accommodating smaller particle size columns for superior resolution and faster separations. It supports a broad flow range, up to 10 mL/min at 200 bar, ideal for standard to semi-preparative applications. The flexible injection volume spans from 0.1 µL to 1800 µL, varying with the configuration and selected options. Its column capacity allows support for up to four columns, with direct access to each via a Quick-Change switching valve, optimizing flexibility and eliminating the need for repeated column connections and disconnections. Optimized column handling and temperature control, with several temperature zones, ensure ideal conditions for various applications.
