Product description

Fully integrated HPLC system with binary pump, autosampler, column compartment, and multiwavelength detector, UV-visible range

The Agilent 1100 HPLC system is a modular liquid chromatography system featuring:

  • Solvent Tray Holder: Holds solvent containers for system operation (1100 series).
  • G1312A Binary Pump: Two-channel, dual-piston in-series design providing precise solvent delivery for gradient elution.
  • G1313A ALS Autosampler: Automated liquid sampler with injection volumes from 0.1 µL up to 100 µL, capable of total injection volumes up to 1500 µL, suitable for microbore to semipreparative chromatography.
  • G1316A Column Compartment: Temperature-controlled compartment utilizing Peltier heating and cooling technology; accommodates up to three 30 cm columns simultaneously.
  • G1365B Multiple Wavelength Detector: Diode-array based dual lamp detector covering a broad wavelength range from low ultraviolet (UV) to the visible spectrum, enabling sensitive trace-level quantification.

This system components can be operated individually or integrated via PC control to ensure highly accurate and versatile chromatographic analysis.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
