Product description

Complete Agilent 1100 HPLC system with quaternary pump, variable wavelength detector, autosampler, degasser, and column compartment.

The Agilent 1100 HPLC System is a modular, high-accuracy liquid chromatography setup designed for versatile analytical use.

  • Solvent Tray Holder: Supports solvent reservoirs for the system.
  • G1322A Vacuum Degasser: Incorporates 4 tubular plastic membranes and vacuum pump to remove gases from solvents.
  • G1311A Quaternary Pump: Dual floating pistons in series provide virtually pulse-free, stable solvent flow with precise servo control.
  • G1313A ALS Autosampler: Enables injections from 0.1 µL up to 100 µL; supports injection volumes up to 1500 µL, suitable for microbore to semipreparative chromatography.
  • G1316A Column Compartment: Temperature controlled with Peltier heating and cooling; accommodates up to three 30 cm columns simultaneously.
  • G1314A Variable Wavelength Detector: Uses a deuterium lamp for high intensity and low detection limits; wavelength range from 190 to 600 nm.

All components are operable individually or coordinated via PC control, providing robustness and versatility for diverse chromatographic applications.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
