The OHAUS Explorer Plus™ Analytical EXP balances represent the highest level of precision and reliability for complex laboratory applications. Performance and Technology

They offer capacities from 120 g to 320 g with resolution up to 0.1 mg and a stabilization time of just 2 seconds. Sensitivity is kept constant thanks to the integrated environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure), while the built-in ionizer eliminates electrostatic charges on the sample and weighing pan.

The automatic motorized leveling ensures immediate and always accurate calibration, while the automatic anti-crush doors and touchless sensors guarantee hygienic and contactless operation.

Interface and Design

The large 7-inch TFT display touchscreen, with scratch-resistant glass and 800×480 px resolution, is removable from the base for flexible use even under a hood or in confined spaces. The antistatic draft shield with integrated 7-color lights and sample illumination improve visibility and productivity in any working condition.

The metal base ensures stability and long-lasting durability even in intensive environments.

Compliance and Traceability

The EXP series offers a 4-level user system, password protection, and an internal log of 100,000 events, ensuring complete data traceability in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations. The NTP time synchronization functions and compatibility with LIMS systems facilitate integration into regulated laboratories. Connections include USB-A, USB-B, USB-C, Ethernet, and RS232, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth options for maximum versatility.
