The balance's framework consists of an ABS top housing, a removable stainless steel pan, a glass draft shield with a sliding top door, an integrated weigh-below hook, a safety bracket, and a calibration lock. Construction features allow for user-selectable environmental filters, brightness adjustments, auto tare, auto dimming, and user-configurable settings, including span setpoints, communication options, and print preferences. It also comprises a software lockout and reset menu, configurable project and user IDs, software overload and underload protection indicator, and a stability indicator.
