Product description

Preparative HPLC system with 125 mL/min flow, 414 bar pressure limit, binary gradients, and 200–400 nm UV detection.

The Teledyne ISCO ACCQPrep HP125 is a UV preparative HPLC system designed for compound purification, fractionation, and preparative-scale liquid chromatography workflows. It combines high-pressure solvent delivery, binary-gradient operation, integrated fraction collection, and UV monitoring for reproducible separation performance.

Technical specifications

  • Maximum flow rate: 125 mL/min
  • Flow-rate accuracy: ±2%
  • Pressure limit: Up to 6000 psi (414 bar); lower pressure limits are user-defined
  • Sample introduction: 5 mL sample loop
  • Fraction collector: Internal
  • UV detection range: 200–400 nm in ±5 nm increments
  • Solvent channels: Binary gradient, 2 solvents
  • Programmable gradients: Linear, step, and isocratic
  • Gradient linearity: ±1%
  • Dimensions (H × W × D): 27.5 × 14.0 × 20.0 in (69.9 × 35.6 × 50.8 cm)
  • Weight: 84.5 lb (38.2 kg)
  • Power requirements: 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz

The ACCQPrep HP125 supports UV-based peak monitoring during preparative purification of small-molecule compounds, isolation of products from synthetic reaction mixtures, natural-product fractionation, impurity removal, and chromatographic method development. Its internal fraction collector is suitable for collecting purified fractions during research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, and analytical chemistry workflows.

The listed system includes intake hoses with caps and solvent filters (quantity: 2), one Teledyne vial rack, waste hoses, and a power cable. Glassware, test tubes, columns, and additional-sized racks are not included.

The instrument was tested for power-up and initialization, touchscreen operation, leak-free solvent flow, priming, arm movement, sample-rack detection, level sensing, pump accuracy, gradient performance, and UV detection using a calibration sample.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
