Product description

Agilent 1100 G1310 isocratic HPLC pump with 0.001 to 10.0 mL/min settable flow and 40 MPa maximum pressure for analytical HPLC.

The Agilent 1100 G1310 isocratic HPLC pump uses dual pistons in series for solvent delivery in analytical HPLC chromatography and routine QA/QC applications.

The pump can operate as a standalone unit with a handheld module or as part of an Agilent 1100 Series HPLC stack. Column oven and autosampler modules can be combined with the pump. Complete system configurations can include a PC and software.

This unit is used and has been thoroughly tested. The pump is described as being in excellent condition. A manual is available with the equipment documentation.

The Agilent 1100 G1310 is an isocratic pump for analytical HPLC chromatography and routine QA/QC applications. Its dual piston hydraulic system uses a proprietary servo-controlled variable stroke drive, floating pistons and an active inlet valve.

The pump can be used as a standalone unit with a handheld module or combined with other Agilent 1100 Series HPLC modules. Compatible system configurations described for this unit include a column oven, autosampler, PC and software.

  • Pressure range: 0 to 20 MPa up to 10 mL/min
  • Pressure pulsation: less than 2% amplitude, typically 1%, at 1 mL/min isopropanol and pressures above 10 bar
  • Compressibility compensation: User-selectable according to mobile phase compressibility
  • Weight: 11 kg
  • Dimensions: 345 x 435 x 140 mm, width x depth x height
  • Line voltage: 230 V

The pump is used and thoroughly tested. It is supplied as an Agilent 1100 G1310 isocratic pump module.

What these specifications mean

The pump provides a settable flow range of 0.001 to 10.0 mL/min, while its specified operating flow range is 0.2 to 10.0 mL/min. The 0.001 mL/min setting increments support fine flow adjustment within the control range.

Pressure capability depends on flow rate. The pump operates up to 400 bar at flows up to 5 mL/min and up to 200 bar at flows up to 10 mL/min. This defines the pressure available for different analytical HPLC operating conditions.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
