The Agilent 1100 and 1200 HPLC system is configured for chromatography and HPLC method validation in biotechnology and life sciences laboratories.
The configuration includes a 1200 vacuum degasser G1322A, 1100 binary pump G1312A, 1100 autosampler G1329A, autosampler thermostat G1330B, column oven G1316A, 1200 VWD detector G1314B, solvent tray, PC and Chemstation software. The vacuum degasser removes dissolved gas from the mobile phase. The binary pump provides binary solvent delivery. The autosampler introduces samples into the HPLC flow path. The thermostat controls the autosampler temperature. The column oven provides temperature-controlled column housing. The VWD detector measures ultraviolet absorbance at variable wavelengths.
The refurbished system has been serviced and tested. IQ, OQ and an additional PQ performance test were completed. The system was tested with an HPLC method before sale. A three-month hardware warranty is included.
