Product description

Agilent 1100 G1313A autosampler for HPLC chromatography with 0.1 to 100 µL injections, 100 vial capacity and tested used condition.

The Agilent 1100 G1313A autosampler is an HPLC autosampler for liquid chromatography and routine analytical workflows. It supports pharmaceutical quality control, environmental analysis and food analysis.

The unit handles 2 ml and 6 ml vials in tray configurations. It supports injection volumes from 0.1 to 100 µL, with multiple draw extending the volume to 1500 µL when the required hardware modification is present.

The used autosampler was internally tested and maintained. It was refurbished if needed.

The Agilent 1100 G1313A is an analytical HPLC autosampler for chromatography applications in pharmaceutical quality control, environmental analysis and food analysis.

Sample handling

  • Injection range from 0.1 to 100 µL in 0.1 µL increments
  • Up to 1500 µL with multiple draw and the required hardware modification
  • Replicate injections from 1 to 99 per vial
  • Minimum sample volume of 1 µL from a 5 µL sample in a 100 µL microvial
  • Minimum sample volume of 1 µL from a 10 µL sample in a 300 µL microvial
  • Sample viscosity range from 0.2 to 50 cP
  • 100 2 ml vials in one tray
  • 40 2 ml vials in a half tray
  • 15 6 ml vials in a half tray, using Agilent vials
  • Typical injection cycle time of 50 seconds, depending on draw speed and injection volume

Analytical performance

  • Typical precision below 0.5% RSD of peak areas for 5 to 100 µL injections
  • Typical precision below 1% RSD of peak areas for 1 to 5 µL injections
  • Typical carryover below 0.1%
  • Typical carryover below 0.05% with external needle cleaning

Control and safety features

  • Early Maintenance Feedback for GLP workflows
  • Electronic maintenance and error records
  • Controller Area Network, GPIB with IEEE 448, RS232C and APG remote communications
  • Optional four external contact closures
  • BCD vial number output
  • Leak detection and leak handling
  • Low voltages in maintenance areas
  • Error detection and display

The unit is used, internally tested and maintained. Refurbishment was performed if needed.

What these specifications mean

The 0.1 to 100 µL injection range supports small volume HPLC methods. Multiple draw extends the usable injection volume to 1500 µL when the required hardware modification is installed. Replicate injection settings from 1 to 99 support repeated injections from one vial.

The stated precision is typically below 0.5% RSD of peak areas for 5 to 100 µL injections and below 1% RSD for 1 to 5 µL injections. Carryover is typically below 0.1%, or below 0.05% with external needle cleaning. These values relate to quantitative consistency between injections and residual sample transfer between runs.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
