The GE Healthcare CO2MIX20 gas mixing module is an external flow controller for WAVE rocking bioreactor systems. It mixes air and CO2 for bioprocessing, including cell culture aeration, headspace ventilation, pressure maintenance and CO2 related process control.
The module has AIR IN, CO2 IN and MIX OUT connections. It includes an integrated CO2 process controller, airflow controller, pump switch, CO2 switch, high pressure indicator and CO2 pressure OK indicator.
The unit is used and supplied as pictured. It is sold as is. The visible label specifies a 24 V supply and 20 W power consumption.
The CO2MIX20 is an external gas mixing module for WAVE rocking bioreactor systems. It mixes air with CO2 and supplies the controlled mixture to the bioreactor bag headspace.
The module is compatible with WAVE Bioreactor 2/10 and 20/50 systems. It is also suitable for compatible Cellbag and CultiBag RM type rocking bioreactor setups when used with the correct tubing, bag configuration and controller setup.
The 0% to 15% CO2 control range supports adjustment of the gas mixture supplied to the bioreactor bag headspace. This enables CO2 conditioning for cell culture and CO2 related process control.
Compatibility covers WAVE Bioreactor 2/10 and 20/50 systems, as well as compatible Cellbag and CultiBag RM rocking bioreactor configurations. Correct tubing, bag configuration and controller setup are required for the gas mixing module to fit the intended system.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
