Biotage SEL-2SV flash chromatography system with dual columns, four solvent channels, UV detection, and 1–300 mL/min flow.
The Biotage Selekt SEL-2SV is a dual-column flash purification chromatography system designed for compound purification, reaction mixture cleanup, natural product isolation, method development, and organic synthesis product separation.
The system supports flexible gradient purification workflows and parallel column processing. Its UV detection range provides monitoring for a broad range of compounds, while QR code and RFID identification improve sample traceability and reduce setup errors. The included Spektra license supports detection and fractionation of compounds with weak UV chromophores or solvents that interfere with UV absorption.
Glassware, test tubes, and chromatography columns are not included. Tube racks, flask trays, and additional column holders may be available separately.
This pre-owned Biotage flash chromatography system was reported as fully functional, with 26 runs and some cosmetic scratches on the front touchscreen. Testing included system initialization, fraction collection arm calibration, RFID rack detection, QR code scanning, solvent ports 1–4, method creation, gradient control, flush and air-flush functions, and reverse-phase verification using a Phenacetin and N-Benzylbenzamide test mixture.
The SEL-2SV is suitable for research laboratories performing preparative purification, synthetic chemistry, natural product research, peptide purification, and process development workflows.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
