Electrothermal EME6 multi extraction heating mantle with six recesses, electronic controls and 250 ml flask capacity at four positions.
The Electrothermal EME6 multi extraction heating mantle is a six position laboratory heating mantle for extraction and distillation. It is also used for extraction and distillation in life sciences laboratories.
The unit has six recesses and individual built-in solid state electronic controls. Four positions accept 250 ml round bottom flasks. The polypropylene top cover, powder coated external surfaces, earth screen and neon power indicators are included as part of the unit.
This used Electrothermal EME6 has two non-operational recesses identified during testing. The individual heater cartridges are replaceable.
The Electrothermal EME6 is a multi position extraction heating mantle with six recesses and individual built-in electronic heater controls. It is intended for laboratory extraction and distillation work.
This used unit has two non-operational recesses.
The four positions specified for 250 ml round bottom flasks define the usable flask configuration for parallel extraction or distillation work. Two of the six recesses are non-operational on this unit, leaving four operational heating positions.
Solid state electronic controls regulate each heater without the sparking associated with mechanical switching. The suspended coiled heating elements support heat transfer within individual thermal insulating cartridges.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
