Rigaku NEX QC+ EZ benchtop EDXRF analyzer for elemental analysis of solids, liquids, powders, alloys, coatings and oils.
The Rigaku NEX QC+ EZ benchtop EDXRF analyzer uses direct excitation energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence for rapid, non-destructive elemental analysis. It analyzes solids, liquids, powders, alloys, oils, coatings and thin films for quality control, materials screening and routine XRF laboratory work.
The unit includes PF-32-500 XRF pellet films, sample cup accessories, cables, a Rigaku USB stick and additional parts as pictured. The PF-32-500 films support XRF sample preparation with compatible sample cups.
The used instrument powers on and boots to the QuantEZ or EZ application selection screen. Several application methods are visible on the integrated display. A full XRF measurement test was not performed. A broken lens is noted, with an estimated repair cost of more than €10,000. The unit is offered for parts or repair.
The Rigaku NEX QC+ EZ is a compact benchtop EDXRF analyzer and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for non-destructive elemental analysis. Direct excitation EDXRF supports routine analysis of:
The analyzer uses a 50 kV X-ray tube with a maximum tube power of 4 W. Its detector is a beryllium-window silicon drift detector. The elemental range is Na to U, depending on the installed configuration, analytical method and sample type.
The system includes an integrated front display and visible USB and service connections. The installed software platform is QuantEZ or EZ, depending on configuration. Typical applications include elemental analysis, quality control, materials screening, RoHS-type screening, alloy analysis, coating analysis and oil analysis.
Included sample preparation accessories comprise PF-32-500 XRF pellet films, sample cup components, cables, a Rigaku USB stick and additional parts as pictured. Each PF-32-500 film is 12 µm thick and 32 mm in diameter. Each box contains 500 pieces.
The unit was manufactured in March 2020. It is used and supplied as pictured. The instrument powers on and reaches the QuantEZ or EZ application selection screen, but no complete XRF measurement test was performed. A broken lens is reported, and the repair estimate exceeds €10,000.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
