768-channel MEA system for high-throughput neural and cardiac electrophysiology with impedance and environmental control.
The Axion Biosystems Maestro Pro Multi-Electrode Array (MEA) System is a high-throughput cellular electrophysiology platform for recording and stimulating neural and cardiac cell activity. Its 768-channel architecture supports simultaneous multiwell measurements, impedance monitoring, and long-term, non-invasive live-cell analysis.
The integrated environmental chamber provides temperature and CO₂ control for live assays, while impedance measurements support electrode and cell-culture quality assessment. The system is suitable for neural network activity recording, cardiac electrophysiology, beat-pattern monitoring, drug screening, toxicity testing, disease modeling, and stem cell-derived neuron or cardiomyocyte studies.
Typical biotechnology and life-science applications include high-throughput phenotypic screening, long-term cell-function monitoring, cultured-cell disease models, and electrophysiology workflows supporting drug discovery, molecular biology, and biopharmaceutical research.
This pre-owned system was tested by the supplier’s in-house service team. Testing included system startup, software communication, plate access door operation, plate temperature control, plate CO₂ control, LED indicators, buttons, and SmartPlate impedance testing.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
