Product description

Kinematica PT-DA 03/2EC rotor-stator tool for 0.05–2 mL samples at up to 30,000 rpm.

The Kinematica PT-DA 03/2EC is a high-shear rotor-stator dispersing unit designed for small-volume homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, and cell disruption. It is suitable for sample volumes from 0.05 mL to 2.0 mL, making it appropriate for valuable or limited samples in molecular biology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, and clinical diagnostics.

  • Model: PT-DA 03/2EC
  • Part numbers: 11030004, 9115386
  • Recommended processing volume: 0.05–2.0 mL
  • Dispersing head: Approximately 3 mm diameter
  • Maximum speed: Up to 30,000 rpm, depending on the drive unit
  • Dimensions: Approximately 92 mm length × 5 mm outer diameter
  • Materials: Stainless-steel rotor and stator with PTFE components
  • Homogenizer type: Rotor-stator high-shear disperser
  • Sterilization: Autoclavable
  • Tool changing: Quick-change system

The dispersing tool is compatible with Kinematica Polytron homogenizers, including the PT 1200 E and PT 1300 D, as well as comparable compatible drive systems. Its fine rotor-stator geometry supports efficient tissue disruption, nanoparticle dispersion, emulsification, and sample preparation workflows.

This used Kinematica dispersing unit is described as being in very good condition. It has been cleaned, inspected, and is ready for laboratory use.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
