Product description

Used Kinematica inline dispersing system for continuous emulsification, homogenization, and temperature-controlled processing.

The Kinematica Megatron MT-FM3 combined with the Reactron RT1 is a high-performance inline dispersing and process reactor system for continuous emulsification, mixing, homogenization, and reaction under shear.

The Megatron MT-FM3 inline disperser uses rotor-stator technology to process liquid-liquid and liquid-solid formulations with high shear, uniform particle distribution, and reproducible results. It is suitable for low- to medium-viscosity media in laboratory, pilot-scale, and production environments.

The Reactron RT1 dispersing reactor is a temperature-controlled stainless steel vessel designed for controlled process development and small-batch production. The integrated setup supports simultaneous dispersion, chemical reaction, homogenization, and thermal management.

Technical specifications:

  • Application: Emulsification, homogenization, suspension, and chemical reactions under shear
  • Process: Continuous inline dispersion
  • Megatron MT-FM3 speed: Up to 12,000 rpm
  • Megatron MT-FM3 power: Approximately 2.2–4 kW, depending on configuration
  • Throughput: Approximately 50–500 L/h, application-dependent
  • Reactron RT1 volume: Approximately 1–2 L
  • Reactor material: Stainless steel suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications
  • Temperature control: Via jacket or external heating and cooling media
  • Connections: Tri-Clamp or flange system; reactor inlet, outlet, and sensor ports
  • Sensors: Ports available for parameters such as pH and temperature
  • Seal system: Mechanical seal suitable for CIP/SIP applications
  • Product-contact materials: Stainless steel

This used Kinematica dispersing system is described as being in very good condition. Both units have been cleaned and technically inspected and are ready for use in research and development, process engineering, scale-up, biotechnology processing, pharmaceutical formulation, cosmetics manufacturing, food technology, and small-batch production.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
