Product description

Rapidly count, identify, and profile cells with advanced imaging and software.

The Nexcelom Cellometer Auto 2000 is a high-performance automated cell counter designed to offer precise imaging and profiling capabilities for a wide range of cell sizes, from 5 to 300 microns. Using the innovative Cellometer CHT4-PD300 slides for larger cells, this instrument accommodates a concentration range of 10⁵ to 10⁷ cells/ml. It integrates bright field and fluorescent imaging with advanced pattern-recognition software, enabling rapid declustering, identification, and counting of individual cells with unmatched accuracy.

The fluorescent optics feature excitation/emission wavelengths of 470nm/535nm and 540nm/605nm, compatible with various fluorophores such as Acridine Orange, Calcein AM, CFDA, SYTO 9, SYTO 13, Propidium iodide, and Ethidium bromide. Compact yet robust, the device dimensions are 280 x 300 x 330 mm, and it weighs 11.8 kg, making it a versatile addition to any laboratory setting.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
