The HTI Smart Automation X-TubeProcessor Smart is a modular benchtop tube handling system for automated capping, decapping, liquid dispensing, labeling, and rack-to-rack tube transfer. It is designed for laboratory automation, biotechnology workflows, biobanking, molecular diagnostics, and biopharmaceutical production environments.

• Processes up to 500 tubes per hour
• Supports 0.5 mL, 1.5 mL, and 2.0 mL Sarstedt tubes or equivalent tubes
• Dispenses approximately 25 µL to 2 mL per tube using a peristaltic pump
• Handles up to 6 SBS racks with 48 tubes each, 1–2 racks with 96 tubes each, or custom racks with adapters
• Bulk cap feeder capacity of up to 600 caps
