Product description

HUBER Ministat 230 refrigerated circulating bath with -33 to +200°C control, 3.2 L bath volume and 2 kW heating.

The HUBER Ministat 230 refrigerated circulating bath provides controlled heating and cooling for temperature control in life sciences laboratories. It is used for circulating bath applications across a temperature range of -33 to +200°C.

The unit includes a pressure pump with a maximum flow rate of 27 l/min and a suction pump with a maximum suction flow rate of 20 l/min. The Pt100 internal temperature probe monitors bath temperature. An analog interface provides 4 to 20 mA or 1 to 5 V input and output.

The used unit is in very good working condition. It has air-cooled, CFC-free refrigeration with R507 refrigerant.

The HUBER Ministat 230 is a refrigerated and heating circulating bath for laboratory temperature control. Its 3.2 L bath provides temperature control from -33 to +200°C with temperature stability of ±0.02 K.

What these specifications mean

The -33 to +200°C range supports both subzero cooling and high-temperature heating in one circulating bath. The cooling capacity varies from 0.4 kW at 100°C and 20°C to 0.1 kW at -30°C, so cooling output depends on the operating temperature.

The pressure and suction pumps support external circulation and fluid return. The maximum permissible kinematic viscosity is 50 mm²/s, which defines the viscosity range for fluids used with the circulation system.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
