Product description

Elga Medica R200 water purification system with 350 L reservoir, 18 to 21 L/min delivery, and CLRW water for clinical analyzers.

The Elga Medica R200 water purification system supplies clinical laboratory reagent water to large automated diagnostic analyzers. It also provides central water purification for clinical laboratories and life sciences laboratories.

The system includes an integrated 350 liter storage reservoir, a distribution loop pump and a bypass loop. Two Aquadem SDI exchangeable deionisation cylinders are included. One cylinder was in use and the spare cylinder was regenerated and ready for use.

The unit is used and was dismantled from a working environment. It is in good state. The system was manufactured on 29 March 2016.

The Elga Medica R200 is a clinical laboratory water purification system for supplying CLRW water to multiple automated diagnostic analyzers. It is also used for central pure water provision in large clinical laboratories and for applications such as glass washers.

System configuration

  • Integrated wrap around storage reservoir with a capacity of 350 liters
  • Distribution loop pump for supplying connected analyzers
  • Bypass loop for continued compliant water supply during emergency situations
  • Two Aquadem SDI exchangeable deionisation cylinders
  • One cylinder was in use, while the spare cylinder was regenerated and ready for use
  • Deionisation cartridges are part of the Veolia regeneration service

Water quality and delivery

  • Delivery flow rate: 18 to 21 L/min
  • Inorganics resistivity at 25 degrees C: above 10 MΩ.cm with ion exchange cylinder
  • Organics TOC: below 30 ppb
  • Bacteria: below 10 CFU/ml with ion exchange cylinder
  • Particle filtration: 0.2 micrometers
  • Silica: below 0.05 mg/l

The unit was manufactured on 29 March 2016. It is used, was dismantled from a working environment and is in good state.

What these specifications mean

The 18 to 21 L/min delivery flow supports multiple large clinical analyzers connected through a distribution loop. This configuration also supports analyzer connections across several laboratories or floors.

The integrated 350 liter reservoir supports central water distribution, while the bypass loop maintains a supply of compliant water during emergency situations. Water quality specifications include resistivity above 10 MΩ.cm at 25 degrees C, TOC below 30 ppb, bacteria below 10 CFU/ml, silica below 0.05 mg/l and particle filtration at 0.2 micrometers. These values define the supplied CLRW water for clinical analyzer use.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
