Binocular brightfield microscope with 1000x N-PLAN optics, rechargeable LED illumination, and integrated 7" monitor, ideal for molecular diagnostics.
The B-150 binocular brightfield microscope is engineered for high-precision optical imaging in biotechnology and clinical diagnostics. It features a 30° inclined, 360° rotatable binocular head with WF10x/18 mm eyepieces secured with screws for stability. The microscope includes a quadruple ball bearing revolving nosepiece equipped with four N-PLAN objectives (4x/0.10, 10x/0.25, 40x/0.65, 100x/1.25 Oil/Water), all with anti-fungus treatment to ensure durability in humid laboratory environments.
A mechanical stage (125x116 mm) with 70x30 mm X-Y movement and vernier scales allows 0.1 mm accuracy, essential for live-cell imaging and precise specimen manipulation. The coaxial coarse and fine focusing system incorporates an adjustable tension knob and limit stop to prevent damage to slides or objectives.
Illumination is provided by the X-LED1 1 W white LED with adjustable intensity and a 6,300 K color temperature, powered via a rechargeable Li-Ion battery or multi-plug external power supply (100-240 Vac/5 Vdc), supporting long-lasting bioprocessing workflows without interruption.
The system is delivered as a bundle including a 7” monitor with a built-in camera, facilitating real-time fluorescence analysis and digital documentation, which is critical in gene editing and synthetic biology studies. The Abbe condenser (N.A. 1.25) with iris diaphragm is pre-centered and focusable, optimizing contrast in brightfield applications widely adopted in molecular cloning workflows and biomanufacturing labs.
This microscope offers a compact, robust platform for advanced biomedical engineering research and is essential for laboratories focusing on molecular diagnostics and neuroimaging applications requiring reliable brightfield microscopy paired with digital imaging solutions.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
