Pre-assembled 3-stage DI system with 2.5" diameter, 10" carbon and dual 20" high-capacity DI cartridges.

The Yamato WH-201C is a pre-assembled cartridge-based deionized (DI) water system utilizing a 3-stage filtration process:

  • Stage 1: Removal of particles >5 micron, chlorine, and organics via a 10" carbon block cartridge
  • Stages 2 & 3: Two 20" high-capacity DI cartridges remove dissolved minerals

Key Features:

  • Turn-key, on-demand DI water production for cost efficiency
  • Resistivity light indicator activates at 20 kΩ for cartridge replacement notification
  • Available in 2.5" diameter housing (this model) with polypropylene bowl and painted steel bracket
  • Outlet isolation valve, spanner wrench, and associated tubing included
  • Suitable for general DI water needs and specific applications requiring water quality better than 50 kΩ

Technical Specifications:

  • Flow Rate: 0.5 gpm (1.9 lpm)
  • Total Capacity: 2160 grains as CaCO₃
  • Typical Effluent Resistivity: 50 MΩ-cm
  • Feedwater TDS Tolerance: Effective up to 500 ppm CaCO₃, with variable DI capacity
  • Operating Pressure: 10 to 100 PSIG
  • Maximum Temperature: 100°F (30°C)
  • Connections: Inlet 3/8" O.D. tubing, Outlet 1/2" hose barb
  • Dimensions: 24" H x 20" W x 6" D

Applications:

High capacity system suitable for environmental chambers, sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, chiller loops, and other less corrosive conditions requiring moderately pure DI water.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
