Designed for integration into automated assembly lines, this applicator incorporates a closed-loop feedback system that continuously monitors material feed travel and confirms correct placement location.
Key elements include a pneumatic precision-guided Tamp actuator, Payoff assembly, and powered Takeup assembly, facilitating precise and consistent adhesive application critical in biomanufacturing and complex molecular diagnostics assembly workflows. The device's Custom Component Tooling (CCT) enables rapid, tool-free changeovers, enhancing throughput in dynamic production environments commonly found in synthetic biology and biotechnology research and manufacturing.
Operation is managed via a 16-key Applicator Interface Module equipped with an LCD display for detailed operator input, supporting user-friendly control and configuration.
