It is ideal for creating suspensions and emulsions for infusion or injection purposes. Its versatility extends to water analysis, the formulation of pigments, inks, paints, and the production of biodiesel.
Technical specifications highlight its robust capabilities: the rotor features a diameter of 15 mm, paired with a 20 mm stator diameter, and a stator/rotor gap of 0.5 mm. It operates efficiently within a volume range of 50 to 2,000 ml, with an immersion depth that spans from 40 to 175 mm. Capable of reaching a maximum speed of 25,000 rpm and a circumferential speed of 19.6 m/s, the tool achieves ultimate fineness levels for emulsions between 1-7 µm and 5-40 µm for suspensions.
