Ensure precision with the Genius 2 Checker for tympanic thermometers.
The Kendall Genius 2 Checker and Calibrator is engineered to verify and adjust the accuracy of Genius™ tympanic thermometers. This tool automatically recalibrates the thermometer when necessary and can generate a detailed test report for each assessment, which can be saved to a USB flash drive for record-keeping. Compatible with all Genius™ thermometer software versions, this calibrator features two independently controlled infrared calibration targets resembling factory standards. These targets, known as "blackbody" targets, are optimized for efficient radiative heat transfer and simulate the human ear's temperature at 32.2°C (90.0°F) and 40.6°C (105.0°F).
