  • The 3M Air-Mate HEPA PAPR system integrates a blower, filter, and battery into a lightweight, belt-mounted unit providing respiratory protection against airborne particulates.
  • The respirator includes a *lightweight Tychem QC head cover or hood* offering a wide field of vision and directing positive airflow to the breathing zone.
  • A breathing tube links the blower unit to the head cover/hood.
  • The blower unit combines filter, battery, and motor to move air through the filter and tube to the user.
  • Filters are *NIOSH-approved High Efficiency* with 99.97% filtration at 0.3 micron particle size.
  • Designed for use with facial hair and glasses, provided facial hair does not interfere with the faceseal.
  • No fit testing is required prior to use.
  • Battery supports up to eight hours of operation per charge and can be charged internally or externally.
  • Vinyl belt allows easy decontamination and cleaning.
