This offering is for a refurbished Laboklav 25MV Autoclave, which includes commissioning within the UK (requests for locations outside the UK will also be considered). This horizontal autoclave features a 25-liter capacity, complete with a glass lid, and operates at sterilization temperatures ranging from 98°C to 135°C. Its external dimensions measure 440 x 540 x 660 mm, and the chamber dimensions are 265 x 465 mm. Equipped with a 2kW steam generator, it supports rapid re-cooling by air. The vacuum system includes both pre- and post-vacuum processes, with additional heating during post-vacuum. It operates on 1N 230V, 50Hz, 16A power supply. The refurbishment process adheres to the manufacturer's specifications, involving reconditioning of the pressure vessel, comprehensive maintenance with spare parts provision (such as filters, valves, and seals), and optional updates to the cable tree, steam generator, control system, and software to meet the current standards.
