Velp MSL8 Digital Magnetic Stirrer for Large Volumes

The MSL8 Digital by Velp Scientifica is a sophisticated laboratory magnetic stirrer, optimized for handling large volumes of low viscosity liquids, which finds its application predominantly in the Life Science and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Key areas of use include:

• Buffer solution preparations
• Water for Injection (WFI) buffer preparation
• Vaccine production processes
• Cultivation of cells and tissues

Combining power with simplicity, the MSL8 Digital is driven by a brushless motor, ensuring continuous and high-volume operations. The precise control of stirring speed is facilitated by an intuitive LCD display, accommodating volumes up to 8 liters (H2O) with adjustable speeds ranging from 40 to 1500 rpm. Its lightweight construction enhances its portability, saving critical lab bench space. SpeedServoTM technology maintains consistent speed even when faced with changes in fluid viscosity. The device is equipped with a timer function, enabling programmable activity from 1 to 99 minutes.

Safety and durability are paramount:

• The splash-protected control panel enhances longevity.
• The stainless steel top provides exceptional durability and resistance.
• The lock function prevents unintended alterations of settings.
• Designed for long-term durability with a soft start feature to minimize splashing and a reverse rotation mode for efficient mixing.
• MSL8 allows for pauses in mixing with its intermittent timer function.
