Utilizing Ion semiconductor sequencing technologies, combined with the advanced design of the Ion OneTouch™ 2 System, enhances experiment speed and minimizes total project completion time. The system's modular design also supports Quality Control (QC) of Ion Sphere™ particles to ensure experimental accuracy and success.
Key features include the integration of manual template preparation workflows into one streamlined system, the capability for processing multiple samples daily with its modular architecture, and scalable template preparation support for all Ion semiconductor chips. Moreover, it provides thermal cycling for rapid optimization of amplification parameters, using a peristaltic pump fluidic system that negates the need for gas. Compact in design, the instrument easily fits on any bench.
