The CHEMISAFE FIRE 60 BASIC is an expertly crafted fire safety cabinet constructed from 1 - 1.5 mm thick electrogalvanized sheet steel, finished with an acid-resistant epoxy resin exterior. Its gray RAL 7035 design incorporates high-density rock wool and calcium sulphate panels for superior insulation, complying with EN14470-1 standards. The automatic door-closing mechanism activates when temperatures exceed 50 °C, ensuring protection and integrity. Certified for 90 minutes of fire resistance by Bureau Veritas, this cabinet features anti-spark hinges, grounded stability, and adjustable leveling feet. A robust closed-loop system allows for automatic closure of the air ducts at temperatures over 70 °C. Equipped with customizable shelving, a retention tray, and secure locking system, this model accommodates an array of optional features including ventilation systems and cooling units for ultimate flexibility and safety in hazardous material storage.
