Utilizing TaqMan Fast Universal PCR Master Mix and Fast SYBR Green Master Mix, this system guarantees rapid results with the performance of standard real-time PCR. Fast optical plates provide precise measurements in 5-30 µL reaction volumes, while the fast ramp rates ensure quick results without sacrificing extension times or assay quality.
