The Thermo Scientific 3121 Water-Jacketed CO₂ Incubator offers precise environmental conditions with a temperature range from ambient +5°C to 50°C. It features exact temperature control with ±0.1°C and uniformity at 37°C within ±0.2°C. The CO₂ concentration is adjustable between 0 to 20%, maintaining superior control better than ±0.1% and readability at 0.1%. It supports relative humidity up to 95% at 37°C, inside a 184-liter capacity polished stainless steel chamber. The water jacket volume is typically 44 liters, maxing out at 49 liters. With interior dimensions of 541 x 681 x 508 mm and external dimensions of 668 x 1003 x 635 mm, its weight is 120 kg before filling the water jacket and 165 kg when operational.
