Product description

CTC PAL DLW wash station for LC/MS sample injection, with dual micro-pump solvent washing and holding-loop injection to reduce carryover.

The CTC PAL DLW dynamic load and wash station is an LC/MS autosampler accessory for sample injection with reduced carryover. It combines injection and wash steps within the PAL system.

The unit includes two self-priming micro pumps, a holding loop, a valve, an active solenoid valve and the other components shown with the station. The pumps deliver wash solvent through the sample path. The system supports washing with up to two different solvents.

The unit is used and the needle tip is missing. The needle tip needs to be replaced. It is suitable for sample injection in biotechnology and life sciences laboratories.

Configuration

  • CTC PAL DLW dynamic load and wash station for the CTC PAL autosampler
  • Holding-loop sample injection design
  • Two self-priming micro pumps for active solvent delivery
  • Active solenoid valve for stopping solvent delivery or switching between solvents
  • Washes the valve, needle and other sample-contacting parts after injection
  • Supports up to two different wash solvents
  • Includes the components shown with the station

Operation

The syringe acts as an aspirator and dispenser rather than the primary sample-contact surface. The sample enters a holding loop before injection. After injection, wash solvent passes through the sample path from the rear to reduce carryover and support reproducible LC/MS injection cycles.

Condition

This CTC PAL DLW unit is used. The needle tip is missing and requires replacement.

What these specifications mean

The holding-loop design keeps the sample out of direct contact with the syringe. The syringe aspirates and dispenses the measured sample volume, while the holding loop carries the sample during injection. This configuration supports reproducible injection and reduces contamination of the syringe.

The two micro pumps wash the valve, needle and other sample-contacting parts from the rear after injection. Washing with up to two solvents supports cleaning of the complete sample path, which the description associates with near-zero carryover for most components.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
