Product description

ebro EBI 11 temperature data logger set with six Pt1000 sensors, IF-100 USB interface and Winlog.med software for process validation.

The ebro EBI 11 temperature data logger set is a thermal process validation system for temperature recording in pharmaceutical, medical, food and production environments. It is used for pasteurization, sterilization, washer-disinfector validation, temperature mapping and routine temperature monitoring.

The set contains six EBI 11 temperature loggers, an EBI IF-100 USB interface, Winlog.med software, a driver disc, manuals and accessories. The IF-100 interface provides communication and readout for the loggers. Winlog.med software supports data readout from the connected sensors. An AL 113 battery replacement set is included for EBI 11 loggers, but it is not sufficient for all six units. The Windows 10 PC used for testing is not included.

The system is used and was produced in 2021. All six sensors communicated with the Winlog.med software through the supplied IF-100 interface and were read out successfully. Most logger batteries are depleted and require replacement. The loggers completed two to four high temperature cycles each, depending on the unit. Factory calibration dates are from 2023. No current calibration certificate is included.

Configuration

This ebro EBI 11 set contains six temperature data loggers with Pt1000 sensors. An EBI IF-100 USB interface connects the loggers to Winlog.med software for data readout. The set also includes an AL 113 battery replacement set, driver disc, manuals and accessories as pictured.

Technical specifications

  • Temperature range: -30 to +150 degrees C
  • Sensor type: Pt1000
  • Data memory: Up to 15,000 readings per logger
  • Interface: EBI IF-100 USB interface
  • Software: Winlog.med
  • Number of loggers: 6
  • Production year: 2021
  • High temperature cycles: 2 to 4 cycles per logger, depending on the unit
  • Factory calibration dates: 2023

The EBI 11 temperature data logger set is suited to thermal process validation, sterilization validation, pasteurization, washer-disinfector validation, temperature mapping and quality control. It is also used for temperature monitoring in pharmaceutical and medical laboratories.

The system is used and has been tested for software communication and data readout. All six sensors communicated successfully through the supplied IF-100 interface. Most batteries are depleted and need replacement. The Windows 10 test PC is not included. No current calibration certificate is included.

What these specifications mean

The IF-100 USB interface is the matching communication and readout interface for the six EBI 11 temperature loggers supplied in this set. Compatibility was verified through successful communication and readout from all six sensors.

The AL 113 battery replacement set is specified for EBI 11 loggers. Its inclusion supports replacement of depleted logger batteries, although the supplied quantity does not cover all six units.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
