Wet gas vacuum pump Laboport SD N 820.3 FT.40.18 KNF-cover
Wet gas vacuum pump Laboport SD N 820.3 FT.40.18 KNF

The N 820.3 FT.40.18 is a two-stage pump with an integrated “self-drying” system for automatic conde (more)nsate drain. The “SD” series is widely used in laboratories, especially when the vapors are humid and a clean and ecological vacuum is required. Typical applications are: vacuum ovens (for drying chemicals, drying biological samples, heat treatments), autoclaves for sterilizing instruments, containers, filters and textiles. Thanks to the use of anti-corrosion materials, it is possible to vacuum even corrosive products.  The heart of the pump is the diaphragm with differentiated structure in PTFE, optimized to guarantee high performance with reduced dimensions and at the same time, long life even in heavy applications.  When the humid gases are sucked in, condensation may form in the pump head: consequently the performance decreases, considerably increasing the emptying time. To eliminate condensation, the 'drying system' then opens a solenoid valve that allows ambient air to enter the heads. Once the condensation has been eliminated, the solenoid valve closes and the pump sucks from the stove in full capacity. Over time, condensation could form again and then the cycle is repeated. The time interval between one cycle and the next can be adjusted as desired, as well as the duration of the air injection. Technical features Flow rate (max.) 20 l / min Final vacuum (max.) 10 mbar (abs.) Pressure (max.) 1 bar (rel.) Fluid temperature allowed at 5-40°C FFPM valve material PTFE coated diaphragm material Pump head material PTFE Applications Rotary evaporation Vacuum oven Qualitative characteristics Clean operation, 100% oil-free Corrosion resistant PTFE / FFPM flow path Ideal for extremely aggressive / corrosive gases and vapors Compact, silent and reliable The self-drying system removes condensation without altering the vacuum level Maintenance free Download the data sheet for further information and accessories. VACUUBRAND DCP 3000 Vacuum Gauge with VSP 3000 Head

VACUUBRAND DCP 3000 Vacuum Gauge with VSP 3000 Head Upper Measuring Limit 100 mbar/hPa (750 Torr) L (more)ower Measuring Limit 1 x 10-3 mbar/hPa (1 x 10-3 torr) Interface RS232C Features - Vacuum measuring device for connecting external vacuum sensors for measurements directly on the system - Flexible and expandable with up to eight sensors, four of the types VSK 3000 / VACUU·VIEW (Atm. to 0.1 mbar) and VSP 3000 / VACUU·VIEW extended (Atm. up to 10-3 mbar) - Relative pressure measurement with reference sensors (VSK 3000) and data logger function with up to 32000 measuring points (RS 232C) - Robust plastic / ceramic vacuum sensor VSP 3000 with high chemical resistance - VSP 3000 with a wide measuring range from atmospheric pressure to fine vacuum (10-3 mbar) thanks to the thermal conductivity measuring principle The fully electronic vacuum measuring device DCP 3000 is both versatile and decisive with its mechanical robustness, measuring accuracy and reliability. The large, illuminated display provides the measured value display of all connected sensors via an easy-to-use rotary control. Up to eight vacuum sensors (four of each type VSK 3000 / VACUU·VIEW and VSP 3000 / VACUU·VIEW extended) can be connected to the DCP 3000. The measurement can be carried out directly on the application. The DCP 3000 enables a relative pressure measurement (reference sensor VSK 3000) as well as working with pressure-dependent switching points by specifying switch-on and switch-off points on an external valve. The vacuum measuring device can also be used as a data logger with up to 32,000 measuring points. The data is read out via the serial interface (RS 232C). The vacuum sensor VSP 3000 is based on the gas thermal conductivity (Pirani) principle for the wide measuring range from atmospheric pressure to 10-3 mbar. Thanks to its structure made of chemically resistant plastics (PBT, PUR) and ceramics, it offers significantly higher chemical resistance and robustness compared to conventional Pirani sensors with fine wire metal filaments. Please also note our alternative product VACUU·VIEW extended.INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND DCP 3000 Vacuum Gauge with VSP 3000 Head includes: - Power Supply - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
