The RADWAG Development Studio is a software intended for companies willing to develop their own tool (more)s for communication with RADWAG-manufactured weighing equipment. The purpose of RDS is to familiarize customers with solutions used while developing RADWAG communication protocol (Common Communication Protocol). The RDS contains examples of finished code and additional instructions which allow to simplify and accelerate development of new software. The RDS is all a programmer needs to design software that enables error-free communication with our equipment. The Audit Trail Reader is a freeware RADWAG software supporting Audit Trail function available for H (more)Y10, WLY, WPY series weighing instruments. The function registers operator’s activity from the moment of logging in. The Audit Trail Reader easily and quickly connects with the weighing instrument and enables export of files to pdf, xls, csv, html formats. The latest version of Audit Trail Reader: 18.03.15.0.

The roller scale is designed for weighing heavy, large-size packages such as pallets or crates. It a (more)llows for final product mass control before it enters the warehouse or is transported to the customer. Depending on the application, the scale can be made in a powder-coated version, dedicated for use in warehouses, or in a stainless-steel version, intended for use in wet environments. Operation Ergonomics The scale has a large 10-inch touch screen, which is comfortable and intuitive to use. Operation of the roller scales does not require additional training, as the software of all RADWAG checkweighers is unified. Select an Interface That Your Production Line Supports RADWAG roller scales offer the option of using one of four industrial interfaces, depending on your requirements. All our interfaces allow you to: start and stop the dynamic weighing procedure remotely (Start and Stop function), enter the batch number (Batch Number Readout function), select a product (Select Product During Standstill function). Do You Want Your Scale to Work With a Barcode Scanner? Our roller scales are compatible with barcode scanners: 1D and 2D, manual and automatic. Data contained in one-dimensional (bar) barcodes can be read using 1D scanners. 2D scanners, on the other hand, can read 2D codes, which are large amounts of data encoded in images composed of black and white squares. You can use our scales if you have a manual or automatic scanner mounted above your production line. Roller Scale and Printer – The Perfect Combination Do you use a RADWAG roller scale but not a printer? You have no idea what you are losing. You can easily print a ready report (e.g. statistical or PGC) at any time thanks to the direct connection between the scale and a printer. Capability to Record Measurements The local SQL database system and integration with the multifunctional server software E2R Checkweigher allow measurements to be recorded and processed. Does Your Line Require Special Control Algorithms? The RADWAG roller scales software allows you to adjust the scale operation to the specific requirements of your line. EtherNet/IP - (Ethernet Industrial Protocol), an industrial communication protocol using Ethernet. E (more)therNet/IP is based on CIP (Common Industrial Protocol) and is widely used in industrial automation. The use of the EtherNet/IP interface ensures compatibility of Radwag weighing systems with other manufacturers' industrial automation components. This approach results in easier and faster integration of scales with PLCs, HMI operator panels or industrial robots.

INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. The latest software versions: THB-R-Single: v. 4.0.2 THB-R-Multi: v. 5.2.0.3

Profinet – an open communication system based on the industrial Ethernet standard. It is a cer (more)tain combination of features of PROFIBUS DB standard and industrial Ethernet. The Profinet interface application ensures compatibility of RADWAG weighing systems with industrial automation elements of other manufacturers. This approach results in easier and faster scales integration with PLCs, HMI operator panels or industrial robots. Profinet is featured in the IM01.EX-5 communication module and MW-01-A5 weighing module, and as an option at an extra charge in PUE HX7 and PUE HY10 terminals, and in HRP platforms (and is not included in HRP.EX platforms).
