The module is installed outside the hazardous area, and connected to the indicator using intrinsically safe interface. IM01.EX allows to establish communication between the scale and various accessories, e.g. barcode scanners, printers, displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, buzzers and other controlling/signalling devices. It also enables connection with systems of automatic adjustment and control of industrial processes, and with superior IT systems. This Carl Zeiss Compound Microscope was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requir (more)ements. The item is in reasonable cosmetic condition with some minor marks from use. The item powers on without issue but the light doesn't switch on with Options 3-5 on the PSU, thought 6-8 on the PSU does change the intensity of the light. It is in full working order. We were able to focus on a test slide with all objectives.
