Bespoke Purpose Built Laboratory Autoclave Room This is being sold on behalf of a client. It is surp (more)lus to requirements. The unit is in good working order, but will need to be dismantled on site by a potential buyer. The class 1 cabinet is included in the sale. The system is located in Alnwick, Northumberland. Any potential buyer will need to be able to dismantle the system for removal. It is going to need a lot of building work to be demolished, supported and reinstated for the removal. Also the water mains etc. The unit is mounted to the floor but has extensive pipework that goes approximately 4-5 feet below ground.  The normal terms and conditions do not apply to this item. This item is non returnable and non refundable.
