Its high efficiency also allows for reduced internal chamber volumes– less than 7.7 ml per channel. For isocratic HPLC applications the 2 chambers of the semi-prep degasser can be connected in series for maximum degassing efficiency. For gradient applications, up to 2 eluents can be degassed simultaneously. For special applications, one degasser can also be used for multiple HPLC systems.
