The BioXp 3200 system advanced gene assembly techniquesenable scientists to rapidly develop synthetic genomes and genome parts for research and development activities.
The BioXp 3200 System is designed to rapidly synthesize high-quality, linear DNA fragments from custom designed oligonucleotide pools and reagents across a meaningful section of the complexity continuum. A capacity of 32 DNA fragments (Tiles), ranging in size from 350 bp to 1.8 kb, can be assembled with high fidelity. DNA fragments synthesized by the BioXp 3200 System are ready for off-line sequencing QC, further assembly into larger fragments, cloning into vectors with compatible ends and other common downstream applications.
