Synthetic Genomics BioXP 3200 DNA Printer System

The BioXP 3200 system utilizes advanced gene assembly techniques, enabling scientists to quickly develop synthetic genomes and genome parts for research and development purposes. The system is engineered to rapidly synthesize high-quality, linear DNA fragments from custom-designed oligonucleotide pools and reagents, covering an extensive complexity range. With a capability to assemble 32 DNA fragments (Tiles), each ranging from 350 bp to 1.8 kb, the system ensures high fidelity in synthesis. The DNA fragments produced are ready for offline sequencing quality control, further assembly into larger fragments, cloning into vectors with compatible ends, and undertaking various common downstream applications. The system supports BioXp Tile sizes between 350 – 1800 bp and BioXp Degenerate Library Tile sizes from 300 to 800 bp, with suggested GC% complexity for optimal synthesis fidelity. It operates with a 96-well plate format, accommodating 1 to 32 reactions.
