This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. Special holders in RADWAG balances enable weighing of a wide range of microscale glassware, includin (more)g test tubes, flasks, vials, etc. The holders have been designed to increase ergonomics and minimize the risk of contamination during sample application. They have the ability to tilt the microscale glassware, allowing it to be placed at any angle, depending on the application. The set includes dedicated draft shields, to stabilise the conditions inside the weighing chamber, and a stand, to store the holders.

The Scale Editor 2.1 software is used for managing databases of RADWAG balances and scales via RS232 (more) and Ethernet communication interfaces. The software works with the following equipment: Laboratory Balances of the AS X2, PS X2, WLC X2 series, Standard-class balances and scales of the WTC, WLC, C315, H315 series, Advanced-class scales of the C32, HX7, HX5.EX series. LS2208 barcode scanner is a manual device designed for operation in adverse industrial conditions. I (more)t integrates with RADWAG terminals, PUE H315, PUE 5, PUE 7.1, HY10, PUE C32, and balances, 5Y, R2, X2, H7. LS2208 is a high quality handheld barcode scanner. It has been designed for intense and continuous operation in retail sales, libraries, health centers and pharmacy, etc. Its light and ergonomic casing provides comfort of use. The function of dynamic scanning and wide scanning range, enable LS2208 to collect barcodes in a quick and reliable way, increasing work pace and efficiency. Intellistand™ system provides scanning of codes placed in front of the scanner, and easy switching between handheld and handfree mode (operation on a stand). A patented design of a single printed-circuit board eliminates failure endangered parts, i.e. connections between multiple boards. Scanning part of LS2208 with liquid polymere protects its module from shock based damages. A stent is a type of prosthesis that is placed inside a blood vessel to restore its patency. Stent D (more)ozens of lives are saved thanks to it. Its shape, size, and weight must be matched to the blood vessel. In addition, the stent application site requires attention to sterility. These properties necessitate the use of balances with the highest resolution for the inspection of stents. The stent weighing kit has been designed to ensure that such a delicate sample, a stent, is weighed with the greatest precision possible, yet in an easy and ergonomic manner. The said precision is obtained thanks to the XA 5Y.M.A.S. microbalances, and ergonomics due to the specially designed weighing pan and additional draft shields. The weighing pans that are part of the kit allow for weighing stents of different sizes, including 5.5 × 140 mm, 6 × 60 mm, 8 × 40 mm, 8 × 40 mm, 19 × 10 mm, and 1.6 × 19 mm. Thanks to the well-thought-out design of the kit and its applicators, the user places the stent on a special tray, which increases ergonomics and eliminates cross-contamination. The stent weighing kit includes 7 items: draft shield base, 2 draft shields, 2 fork-shaped stent weighing pans: for small (1) and large (1) stents, 2 stent applicators: for small (1) and large (1) stents. Due to the different shapes and sizes of stents, two types of weighing pans, dedicated covers, and size-appropriate applicators come standard with the kit. The RADWAG-manufactured microbalance is a versatile solution. Therefore, it can be operated by a right- or left-handed person. The overall design of the kit, i.e. a fork-shaped weighing pan with an additional draft shield, has eliminated the difficulties associated with weighing of a small-weight sample of a relatively large volume such as stent. With this, the stent weighing results are obtained with an accuracy equal to that of the balance. The kit is intended for all load capacities of the XA 5Y.M.A.S. series balances.

The automatic feeder is dedicated for automatic dispensing of small objects onto the weighing pan of (more) RADWAG-manufactured balance to which it is connected. The feeder ensures regular feeding of the elements in accordance with determined time intervals. Operation and Compatibility The PA-04/H feeder cooperates with XA 4Y and AS 3Y analytical balances and PS 3Y precision balances. Both the feeder and the balance are automated devices. The balance carries out analysis of dosed elements and sends signal to the feeder to dispense subsequent element. The feeder features diodes, signalling its operation, and keypad allowing to control the process. Automatic feeder is equipped with function of automatic emptying of the storage bin. Vibrating Feeder Cylindrical vibrating feeder with storage bin enables safe and precise dosing of elements. The storage bin has a conical and stepped shape and is continuously welded. The stainless steel surface of adequate roughness reduces elements grating during dosing process. Variety of Applications The feeder is appropriate for dosing pills of diameter ranging from 3 to 25 mm, round and oblong, as well as details of similar shapes and dimensions Design The device is equipped with powder-coated steel housing and stainless steel cover.
