Application: Automatic mass comparator AK-4/100 series is intended to automatic determination of wei (more)ghts mass deviations with operator’s activity limited to the minimum. The comparator enables determining deviations of three tested weights in a single cycle. AK-4/100 is designed to compare weights from 10 g to 100 g. The instrument is commonly applicable in mass measuring laboratories, and particularly in certification units for weights classes E and F. Design and functionality: The supervising part of the mass comparator is a digital module which cooperates with a controller of instrument’s mechanical components. The digital module and the automatic loader are located in mass comparator’s weighing chamber. The instrument is operated by means of digital display which is plugged to mass comparator’s controller. The supervising elements are not integrated with mass comparator’s mechanical parts, thus enabling separation of instrument’s weighing chamber from ambient conditions influence.

This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. THB sensor THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with: a computer (1 se (more)nsor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port). The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. Ambient conditions can be monitored using: weighing instrument display website Windows OS application: THB Single or THB Multi Android application. On the basis of sent measurements, the THB Single or THB Multi software determines air temperature, humidity, pressure, density and permissible vibrations factor.

Thanks to such an innovative combination it is possible to: eliminate air drafts and ground vibrations, maintain stable environmental conditions inside the weighing chamber, prolong life cycle of the robotic system, shorten duration of mass standard comparison, reduce noise. Function of Automatic Mass Standard Dissemination RMCM-5 mass comparator facilitates a complete dissemination process. This is possible thanks to use of the intermediate mass standard magazine, which significantly shortens comparison duration and reduces wear and tear of the transport robot. Real-Time Measurement of Ambient Conditions The new RMC 10000.5Y mass comparator has been equipped with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in four locations, among many in the weighing chamber and mass standard magazine. Thermo-hygro-barometers are highly precise devices measuring pressure with the readability of 0.001 hPa, humidity of 0.01 %, and temperature of 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate. Universal Magazine Insert Design Mass standard magazine features 10 positions. The RMC 10000.5Y enables comparison of weights of all shapes compliant with OIML recommendations, using just one universal insert. Remote, real-time preview of comparison process is possible thanks to a video camera. Transport Arm With use of the automatic mass comparator, the transport arm remains inactive in the course of comparison, this eliminates air drafts and vibrations, considerably shortens comparison, and reduces noise emission. The transport arm of the RMC 10000.5Y mass comparator is used only to transfer the mass standards, it is out of operation within the comparison process. Ejectable mass standards magazine For the user's convenience, the magazine slides out of the robot's footprint at the time of arming and allows weights to be applied very easily, then positions itself automatically when retracted. Optional Equipment Additional equipment includes a video camera enabling remote preview of comparison process in real time (Internet access required), and RMCS software. The RMCS allows unrestricted monitoring of the comparison process.
