Radwag AK-4.5000.5Y Automatic Mass Comparators

The AGV-2/20 automatic comparator determines density and volume of mass standards of class E1 and lo (more)wer in accordance with OIML R111. It is characterized by the highest accuracy and measurement stability ranging between 1 kg to 20 kg. The comparator features specially designed feeder to load and unload the magazine with mass standards. The device is equipped with an additional circulator eliminating air bubbles and a top-class liquid temperature sensor of 0.001 ˚C accuracy. A weighing pan suspended on wires eliminates the eccentricity and minimizes the influence of liquid surface tension. Dedicated software enables to determine mass standards density and calculate uncertainty using A method according to OIML R111. It also allows to determine (verify) liquid density.

THBR BOX is an autonomous measuring device operating in a local computer network. THBR Box enables c (more)ollecting ambient conditions measurements, storing the database, sending customized warnings and alerts and generating website for accessing measurements and settings. THBR Box There are three models of the recorder: with an integral screen, with a separate screen, without a screen. Communication with THBR BOX can be established wireless or via Ethernet. The module enables direct connection with up to 4 sensors. With use of USB hub it is possible to connect greater number of sensors. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. THBR Box features the following connectors: 4xUSB, HDMI, Ethernet. The suspended self-centring weighing pan is designed specifically for the WAY 5Y.KO manual mass comp (more)arators. Installed It is installed during the device’s production stage in place of the standard weighing pan, so it should be ordered when ordering a comparator (it is not sold as a separate product). The weighing pan has the following functions: placing several weights, which are the resultant of the reference standard, off-centre, positioning the centre of gravity of the test and reference standards always in the same place.

Self-centering weighing pan of a floating nature is intended for APP KO comparator. It is used inter (more)changeably with a standard weighing pan. The “floating” weighing pan is installed in course of a manufacturing process therefore remember to order it when purchasing the APP KO comparator as it is not sold separately. The pan has been designed to aid the operator stabilize and level weights that are located eccentrically. Additionally it helps to place eccentrically group of weights, total mass of which equals reference weight mass. The pan surface is covered with cork featuring marks that determine position of particular weights.
