Radwag AK-4.1001.5Y Automatic Mass Comparators

This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. The IM02.1 (MediaBox) communication module enables the expansion of the available range of interface (more)s of the PUE CY10 weighing terminal and 5Y series balances. It is equipped with RS 232, Virtual Com (USB type B) and 4 opto-isolated inputs and 4 semiconductor outputs, which enables interfacing PUE CY10 terminals and 5Y series balances with accessories such as: printers, control buttons (e.g. print-tar), light columns, buzzers, PLC controllers and other control and signalling devices. Assignment of input and output functions is possible from the menu of the PUE CY10 weighing terminal and 5Y series balances.

The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 1 mg to 5 kg for E1 class and lower. Mass comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator WAY 5Y.KO series similarly to other models, comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. The WAY 5Y.KO series comes standard with an aesthetic, large weighing chamber with glass anti-draft shield. All elements of the weighing chamber are manufactured from glass or metal to minimize the influence of electrostatic charges on weighing result. Mass comparator WAY 5Y.KO series features an intuitive menu supporting a user while operating the instrument.

Self-centering weighing pan of a floating nature is intended for APP KO comparator. It is used inter (more)changeably with a standard weighing pan. The “floating” weighing pan is installed in course of a manufacturing process therefore remember to order it when purchasing the APP KO comparator as it is not sold separately. The pan has been designed to aid the operator stabilize and level weights that are located eccentrically. Additionally it helps to place eccentrically group of weights, total mass of which equals reference weight mass. The pan surface is covered with cork featuring marks that determine position of particular weights.

The comparator allows to compare weights of mass ranging between 0.05 mg to 500 mg.
